NIBIRU 2027: the summer festivals, 20 minutes from the hotel
What NIBIRU is
The biggest entertainment spot on the coast, between Costinesti and Tuzla, about 20 kilometres from Hotel Topaz.
An open-air arena that holds tens of thousands of people a night, a promenade with more than 30 restaurants, an amusement park and a 1,000-seat beer garden. The promenade is free to enter with a minimum spend of 25 lei. The 2027 season runs from 24 June to 5 September.

All of them take place in NIBIRU Arena. Tickets are sold on nibiru.net; you book the room with us, with the festival dates already filled in.

Getting from Topaz to NIBIRU
NIBIRU is about 20 kilometres from the hotel, 20-25 minutes by car on the DN39 coastal road. You can also go by public transport or taxi.
On request, we can also arrange transport to NIBIRU and back, at extra cost. Tell us when you book and how many of you there are.
When the night is over, you come back to a four star hotel with air conditioning, a private bathroom, breakfast and a pool with a sea view. Reception is open around the clock, so come back at any hour.
What people ask us most
How far is Hotel Topaz from NIBIRU?
About 20 kilometres, 20-25 minutes by car on the DN39. On festival nights the road is busier, so leave a little earlier.
Do you offer transport to the festival?
Yes, on request and at extra cost. Tell us when you book how many of you there are and which nights you are going, and we will give you the price.
Do I buy festival tickets from you?
No. Tickets are sold on nibiru.net. We take care of the stay, the meals and, on request, the transport.
Can I check in at night?
Yes. Reception works 24 hours a day, every day.
When should I book?
As early as you can. In July and August the hotel fills up from the spring, and festival weekends go first.
